Check in and Check out: what are the times for arrival and departure?
Check in is from 12:00 until 22:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure (Check out) the room must be vacated by 09:30 am.
On request and if available, it is possible to use the room on the day of departure for an extra charge of € 25.00.
Is parking available?
Yes, it is private and free of charge; in the back of the building.
Do you have an agreement with the beach?
Yes, PLEASE NOTE the most advantageous beach rates reserved for our Guests.
What are the times for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner?
Breakfast: from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: at 12:30
Dinner: at 19:15
Is there a night closing time?
Yes, the hotel closes at about 00:00, but you can ask for the key to the back door if you wish to return after this time.
Are drinks included?
No, drinks are not included.
Do you have bicycles? Should they be reserved and at what cost?
The bicycle service is free of charge and does not require a reservation.
Are small animals allowed?
No, we cannot accept animals.
Do you store luggage?
Yes, and it is free.
How far is the centre of Igea Marina and Bellaria from the hotel?
We are close to the evening pedestrian area of Via Ovidio and 500 metres from the pedestrian area of Viale Ennio. The island of Platani in Bellaria is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

- Cash payment.
- Immediate bank transfer.
In case of cancellation ?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival (unless otherwise specified). In case of cancellation after this deadline, or no-show, the room rate for 2 nights will be charged.
